We ship orders to Canadian addresses using Purolator, FedEx, UPS, or Canada Post, depending on the destination and service requirements. Most shipped orders arrive within approximately 5 business days after shipment, and we let customers know which carrier is being used.

At Beyond Wireless, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and accurately as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how shipping and order pickup work for purchases made through beyondwireless.ca.

We ship only to Canadian addresses.

1. Shipping carriers

Orders may be shipped using Purolator, FedEx, UPS, or Canada Post, depending on the destination, product type, shipping method, service availability, and operational requirements.

We communicate the carrier being used for your order during the shipping process.

2. Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing times may be longer during:

· promotional periods

· holidays

· carrier disruptions

· severe weather events

· periods of high order volume

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you.

3. Delivery timing

Most shipped orders arrive within approximately 5 business days after shipment, although delivery times may vary depending on your location, the selected carrier, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.

4. Shipping rates

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Any free shipping offers or shipping promotions apply only where expressly stated and may be subject to conditions, minimum order values, or exclusions.

5. Tracking and shipment updates

Once your order ships, tracking information may be provided where available.

Please note that tracking updates are generated by the carrier and may take some time to appear after shipment has been processed.

6. Pick Up in Store

If you select Pick Up in Store at checkout, a member of our customer service team will contact you once your order is ready for pickup.

Most pickup orders are ready within approximately 5 business days, although timing may vary depending on product availability and pickup location.

Please wait for pickup confirmation before going to the store.

For pickup, you may be asked to provide:

· your order confirmation

· valid photo identification

· payment verification where required

7. Shipping address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

Beyond Wireless is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from:

· incorrect or incomplete shipping information

· carrier delays

· weather events

· remote-area delivery limitations

· unattended deliveries

· circumstances outside our reasonable control

8. Missing, lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your order appears delayed, missing, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@beyondwireless.ca.

We may ask for:

· your order number

· photos of the package and item, where applicable

· details about the issue

We will work with you and, where appropriate, the carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.

9. Undeliverable or refused shipments

If an order is refused or returned to us as undeliverable, we may contact you to arrange reshipment.

Additional shipping charges may apply. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
