Refund policy

We accept approved returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items in new, unused condition with original packaging. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away and we’ll work to make it right.

At Beyond Wireless, we want you to feel confident shopping with us online. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for purchases made through beyondwireless.ca.

Our website ships only to Canadian addresses.

1. Return window

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

· be in the same condition you received it

· be new, unused, and in resaleable condition 

· include all original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, and inserts

· not be damaged after delivery

· be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. How to start a return

To request a return, contact us at info@beyondwireless.ca within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

· your order number

· the item(s) you want to return

· the reason for the return

· photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Where applicable, we may also provide a return shipping label.

3. Change-of-mind returns

If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, we may accept a return as long as the product is still new, unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

This includes situations such as ordering the wrong phone case size by mistake, provided the item has not been used and can be resold as new.

For approved change-of-mind returns:

· return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility 

· original shipping charges are not refundable 

· if we provide a return label for convenience, the cost may be deducted from the refund

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use, wear, installation, damage, missing packaging, or missing components.

4. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@beyondwireless.ca so we can review the issue and make it right.

For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims, Beyond Wireless will cover reasonable return shipping costs and will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

· a replacement

· an exchange

· a refund

We may request photos of the item and packaging before approving the claim.

5. Opened items and non-returnable items

Some accessories, such as cases, chargers, and similar items, may still qualify for return after opening only if they remain unused, complete, in original packaging, and fully resaleable as new.

The following items are generally final sale once opened, activated, paired, or installed, unless they are defective or incorrect:

· screen protectors

· earbuds, headphones, or other personal audio products

· wearables

· activated wireless products

· SIM-related items where activation has occurred

We also do not accept returns on:

· gift cards

· clearance or final sale items

· special-order or custom-order items

· personalized items

· hazardous materials, flammable goods, liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before placing your order.

6. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges on all products.

The fastest way to get a different item is to request a return for the original item, and once approved, place a new order for the replacement item.

If the issue is due to damage, defect, or an incorrect shipment, we will work with you on the best resolution.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:

· it may take several business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund

· original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged item

· return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are not refunded

If a returned item does not meet our return requirements, we may decline the refund and return the item to you.

8. Missing packages or delivery issues

If your package appears delayed, missing, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible at info@beyondwireless.ca so we can investigate with the carrier and help resolve the issue.
