As our worlds slowly return to a new normal, we want to assure our customers that Beyond Wireless continues our focus on two important priorities – protecting the health and well-being of our customers and our teams, and keeping Canadians connected.
We continue to responsibly serve our communities, as permitted by the province, to ensure our customers stay connected.

Being Responsible, Being Respectful, and Staying Safe Together

Beyond Wireless has instituted a Safety Plan in each of our stores to ensure safety for both our team members and our customers. This Safety Plan includes the following:
  • Daily Mandatory Health Screening of all Team Members
  • Physical Distancing by managing store capacity, as per current Provincial Guidance.
  • Cleaning and Disinfectant Guidelines including Handwashing Protocols, Store Cleaning and Personal Hygiene.
  • Mandatory Face Masks for both customers and team members.
  • Noise Control

As always, if there is a medical reason for not wearing a mask, let a member of our team know and we will determine the best course of action to give you the best customer service possible.
