Masks are mandatory when visiting one of our locations
Beyond Wireless has instituted this policy to create guidelines for wearing masks in our retail stores. This mandatory policy must be followed to support our ability to prevent the spread of COVID-19, as recommended by Health Canada and through a COVID-19 Workplace Risk Assessment.
- All Team Members will be provided with education on wearing masks and will always wear a mask in our stores
- All Team Members will follow all health and safety policies
- All visitors to our stores will be required to wear masks
While we encourage only one family member at a time in store, should a child be accompanying you, children under 2 years old do not have to wear a mask.
If there is a medical reason for not wearing a mask, let a member of our team know and we will determine the best course of action to give you the best customer service possible.
