Sales Support Assistant

Job Description:
We are looking for an organized, dedicated professional to provide a administrative support to our sales team. 
 
Some of the duties of the Sales Co-ordinator could include:
  • Using Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Power Point - to compile reports, letters, presentations, charts, and graphs, as required.
  • Assisting in the preparation of Monthly Reports.
  • Co-ordinating preparation and/or circulation of a variety of departmental reports.
  • Creating, managing invoices and Purchase Orders through the MMS POS system.
  • Assisting with inventory control/shipping orders
  • Assisting with preparing PowerPoint presentations for sales reps
  • Assisting with co-coordinating trade shows
The successful candidate will:
